Agui Suzuka is a female surgeon who worked behind the scenes of the glorious future expo known as
“EXPO ’70.”
This series, reconstructed from her memoirs, honestly records the discrimination, pollution, sexual exploitation, and victimization of workers that lay behind the nation’s ideal image, as well as the medical field, where people deal with “incurable pain.”
