Having made a fortune smuggling cocaine from Mexico to Los Angeles, Wyatt (nicknamed Captain America) and Billy hide the money in the tank of their fully customized Harley Davidson and set off on a journey from California to New Orleans, Louisiana, where Mardi Gras is held.
